Unfortunatelly this was a technical error on Comcast SportsNet's part(my local CSN HD station- Chicago) and after I made few phone calls tothem the issue was fixed around minute '80 as you will see the screenturning to full HD (see last screenshot).
They reassured me this will not happen again next week when the teams go back to Emirates Stadium.
